To apply for a preferential certificate of origin for the China-Peru Free Trade Zone, you must first go through the relevant procedures at the local inspection and quarantine agency. When applying for a visa, submit the "Application Form for Preferential Certificate of Origin of the China-Peru Free Trade Zone" filled out in accordance with the regulations, a copy of the commercial invoice for the exported goods with the Preferential Certificate of Origin of the China-Peru Free Trade Zone and other necessary documents.
2. The China-Peru Free Trade Zone Preferential Certificate of Origin adopts a uniformly prescribed format, and its filling requires witnessing the filling instructions listed on the back of the original certificate. The China-Peru Free Trade Zone Preferential Certificate of Origin shall be issued before or at the time of export of goods.
The product items listed in the third column of the Certificate of Origin shall not exceed items.
The code indicated in the fourth column of the certificate should be filled in with the unified six-digit code of the international harmonized system currently adopted by our country.

A Certificate of Origin is issued at the time of export as long as the exporter provides all required commercial documents and an export declaration signed by the customs office of the exporting party or the issuing authority is satisfied that a Certificate of Origin has been issued but due to technical reasons the Certificate of Origin was not issued at the time of import. was not accepted at the time. The validity period of the reissued certificate shall be consistent with the validity period of the original certificate.
