ASEAN Certificate of Origin
Issued by the Commodity Inspection Bureau as one original and one copy, the "China
ASEAN Free Trade Area" preferential certificate of origin can be issued
before enjoying the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area Member countries with preferential tariffs
Brunei, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
Goods exported to any of the above member states under preferential tariff conditions enjoy preferential treatment under the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area Preferential Tariff Agreement. The main conditions are
It must be goods that can enjoy tariff concessions in the destination country
It must meet the transportation conditions for goods to be shipped directly from any China-ASEAN Free Trade Area member country to an importing member country. But if it transits Transportation, conversion of transportation means or temporary storage is only due to geographical reasons or transportation needs. Transportation through one or more non-China-ASEAN Free Trade Area member states is also acceptable
If you want to apply for China Units that wish to obtain a preferential certificate of origin from the ASEAN Free Trade Area must first go through the registration procedures at the local inspection and quarantine agency.
When applying for a certificate, the reporting unit must submit a commercial invoice (with official seal and legal person seal) and one principal and two copies of the certificate.
If the declaration date is later than three days after the shipment date, a copy of the original bill of lading is required before the certificate is issued.
When the content of the certificate needs to be changed, a change application form is required. After review by the original visa officer, the incorrect items on the certificate will be crossed out with a horizontal line. The correct content will be handwritten or printed in the blank space next to it. A cut-off mark will be added under the correct content and signed by the visa officer. Stamp the visa stamp.
Except for column 1, all contents in the certificate are not restricted by language. The remaining columns must be expressed in English.
If the original issued certificate is lost or damaged, the applicant can apply to the original visa agency for re-issuance within one year after the product is shipped. It must publish an invalidation statement in the "National Times" or a national economic newspaper and provide a second copy of the certificate for application. The written explanation from the unit and the party who lost the certificate and the copy of the original certificate will be reissued after review and approval by the inspection and quarantine agency.
